Policy |
We make every effort to pack and ship your order as requested. If we make a mistake, we will correct it at our expense. Discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of order receipt.
New curriculum can be returned for a full refund under the following conditions:
1. Prior approval must be obtained.
2. Items returned must be in salable condition and cannot be marked or damaged in any way.
3. A 10% restocking fee will apply for items returned after 30 days. An additional 10% will be assessed for each month thereafter.
4. Returns will only be accepted from the original purchaser with copy of invoice included in return shipment.
5. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Specials and used curriculum are usually non-returnable.
